4th of July

ONE MONTH LEFT!!!

The countdown has begun!!! I will leave on the 28th for Gerogia. I will get to see my love on the 30th. Karmen will join me on the 29th and Jerry, Crystal, and Mason will join us soon after that. Jesse's friend London and his new wife will probably be meeting me the night that I arrive in Atlanta. I am so excited that I can hardly contain myself. Can't wait to be reunited with my Hotness!!!!

Prayer Requests

For those of you who are praying for our family, here are some prayer requests:

~ Pray for the kids emotional well being. They have been having a hard time with Jesse being away for so long.
~Pray for strength, patience, etc for me. I feel like every responsibility is on my shoulders and I have never felt so much stress in my life. Jesse will be back in a month. He is planning on taking a month off before returning to work at Gunderson. He has told me that he will not volunteer to deploy but there is new info out now that the Guard is in need of alot more soldiers to deploy and they are taking ones who were left behind. The next deployment is in March 2010.

Thank you for your prayers. We need all the support we can get. Love to all.

New water park

We went to Hammerle Park in West Linn and much to our surprise they had replaced the awful wading pool with an awesome spray park. The kids had so much fun!!!

Today we joined the TCC hiking group at Willamette Mission State Park. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed walking the 2.7 miles with Carol, Jodi and the kids, and Vicky.

Happy Father's Day to all you fathers that I love so much!! You sacrifice so much for your families and deserve a special day set apart for you so that we can all express our gratitude.

We miss daddy....

This evening I gave the kids the choice of what park they wanted to play at. At first they named off parks that we ALWAYS go to. But then they said they wanted to go to the "Oregon City Park" cuz they miss daddy and he used to take them there all the time when we lived in the house on High Street. As they played they kept talking about memories they had of going there with Jesse. So sweet...
